- Focuses on awareness
- Focuses on surrender
- Focuses on conscious rest
Yoga Nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed and refers to sleep, but should not be confused with slumber. Each practitioner achieves the deepest possible states of relaxation while maintaining an active consciousness.
The practice is a guided journey that makes you aware of our four states of consciousness. It is an expansive, supportive and nurturing practice. A powerful exercise for everyone. A practice that promises to improve our health and trigger a deeper spiritual transformation. And it is with this type of yoga that we can prepare ourselves, both mentally and physically, before seeking deeper levels of consciousness through meditation.
