These practices are aimed at boys and girls aged 14-17 and are a great way for teenagers to practice with their friends and other practitioners of their age. This class can help them build strength and find flexibility in a flow of movements.
There will also be some breathing exercises, moments of relaxation and short meditations.
The monthly course fee, with a practice twice a week, includes your private use of a mat, blanket, belts, blocks, bolster and an eye pillow.
