A slow flow of movements where we would like to create balance and harmony. Where we would like to find softness in our body together with awareness of our breath. Moving our spine in various directions, stretching and relaxing our muscles and stimulating our connective tissues.
The monthly course fee, with a practice twice a week, includes your private use of a mat, blanket, belts, blocks, roller cushion and an eye pillow.
