Meditation - the art of quietening the mind - maybe one of the biggest challenges in modern life. Being still is very rare. The yoga poses we practice is to train ourselves to sit down and be still...

It is within this stillness we meditate to consciousness, becoming aware of chaotic toughs that fill our minds. It is the calm, clear awareness that allows us to be in skillful relationship with ourselves, with others, and with whatever circumstances life presents.

When we practice meditation, your heart rate and breathing slow down, your blood pressure normalizes and your immune function improves.
