A Chakra-based meditation course. A little bit of theory on why we practice it, and we will practice different styles to explore and test, and explore and explore if we can find what works for you.In 8 lessons we will explain and experience the various practices of meditation based on the Chakras. The energy levels, or also called chakras, are important information centres for the body that can work well together to get everything flowing. Often there is an emotion or several emotions stored somewhere in the body, which can be a blockage. And it restricts you in your wellbeing and sense of life.This is what we work on during the 8 lessons, in addition to knowledge of the mind and work on the body. We try to experience the points where your energy is disturbed. From the physical and mental level (e.g. through breathing exercises) to the energetic, emotional and spiritual level.
